Barn wanted message. The right location would require an area for an old wooden ship that is 15ft x 46ft. To be accessible to middle-aged men who like to drink beer while they work...and other men who don't work much but drink plenty... and grumpy old men who like to criticize the efforts and dreams of middle-aged men. Ideally, the location would have power for refrigeration.
